"I'm hopeful for getting drafted high," Garcia said. "I can't control where I am picked or what money will be offered. I just have to wait and see. Of course, it's always been a dream to play professional baseball. If it works that would be great.
"I also have my scholarship to Prairie View A&M, so either way things will work out. I've just been working hard the last month and I've had some opportunities to work out in front of scouts and I feel like things went just fine."
